Information you submit is used to respond to workforce enquiries or assess candidate profiles. Fields include contact details, professional experience and requirements. Information is held in protected site storage and is not publicly accessible. This first version has no CV upload, analytics or advertising tools. You can request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent by contacting info@vostera.es. Employer enquiries are retained for up to 12 months and candidate profiles for up to 6 months, unless a further lawful purpose is agreed. Expired submissions are removed during subsequent form processing. Cross-border disclosure to an employer requires a relevant purpose and appropriate information to the candidate. You may complain to the competent data protection authority. Before commercial launch, the legal data controller and the final retention policy must be confirmed.
Service scope and contractual responsibilities are agreed individually. Vostera does not claim authorised ETT status. Employment, subcontracting and administration services are subject to the applicable legal and contractual model.
